After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Habitat 60 Acciaio Oak and Glass Coffee Table:

Yes the plywood can be stained but would need a lot of preparation. Please note that the grade of plywood on this product is inherently rough, so would require spending extra time to prep them.

We suggest staining it before installation otherwise some dead locations might be covered & not stained easily.

Please note that the longer the stain stays on the plywood, the darker the colour it will be. Also, once it is painted or stained, it would be not reversible and would void any warranty.
