From the information available, it is more dependent on the size of the duvet and not the tog.
Single duvet, a 8kg or above.
Double duvet 8kg or above .
Kingsize duvet 9kg or above.
Ensuring there is enough space for the duvet to move around the drum, for cleaning and rinsing.
