I bought this a few weeks back, to replace my iPad that I’d been using to read books with the last few years. I needed something lighter to hold at night. It’s great for what it is, but I do find it a bit more clunky to use than my iPad. The controls etc are less obvious. The iPad is just so simple, it’s just heavier. I also kind of begrudge having an Amazon product as I very much dislike Jeff Bezos. But otherwise it’s great. Hehe.

Paperwhite Kindle
Bough this as a replacement for my old Kindle. I’m happy with it and the screen is definitely easier to look at. On my old Kindle I had different files set up for read, unread and cookery books and could move books between the files manually. My new Kindle already has read and unread but I haven’t found a way of moving the books around. Quite a few books in my library I’ve read but these are showing as unread on the new Kindle. Overall I am pleased with my new Kindle.

My wife loves this new and improved Paperwhite, the Jade colour and Jade cover looks really good. Improved functionality and bigger screen is an upgrade from her old.
