An excellent addition to my life
I bought this to help with my work to reduce weight and increase general fitness after a surprising blood pressure reading and prediabetes warning by my GP. To say that it has been revolutionary is a bit of an understatement. In two months, I have lost 9kg, my waistline is reduced by 8cm, my blood pressure has come back down well within the normal range, my resting pulse is now being logged at around 15bpm lower, and I am finding my energy levels are much higher. It has also been providing some useful data on my sleeping patterns, including a warning about apnoea which has prompted a referral by my GP for further investigation. I have also found having a miniature version of my phone on my wrist to be extremely useful - it is too small to be surf social media, but does provide alerts for anything important which has enabled me to put my phone elsewhere to avoid being distracted when I need my focus on other things. I was concerned that the wristband would be uncomfortable, but this has proved to be unfounded in spite of my usual discomfort when using previous wristwatches over the years. My only issue is that I need to recharge it every day, but that is not a major problem and is certainly workable given how quickly it charges up.
