I've been wanting this phone for over a year now to cut down on my screentime; it has not disappointed! Practically it does what it says on the tin, the bare minimum. But thats the beauty of it. On top of dramatically reducing my screen time it is an incredible conversation starter. My only complaint is the camera quality, its borderline horrific. Which I suppose is charming. But the pictures I take look like I've taken them on my 3DS. Given that this model of phone was released in 2022, I dont think that I'm asking for much.

great design but no wifi
I bought this phone because I loved Barbie as a kid and I needed to change my mobile number so this phone could receive old messages until I'd finished updating every service (OTPs and things). Only issue I faced is that I couldn't activate my sim from the Barbie phone because with Giffgaff that required wifi, and I didn't have data yet because my SIM wasn't activated yet, and even when I did access the website it couldn't render properly on the tiny screen. So I had to use my smartphone to activate the SIM. It's not obvious enough on the product page that this phone cannot connect to wifi

Very cute phone for a tween or someone who wants to be almost disconnected from everything online. I wish that the phone would have the possibility to have some popular apps though, for music etc

My husband surprised me with this a few weeks ago as I have been wanting it for a while. I was immediately impressed with all the charms and sticker accessories. The dial up tone and ‘missed call from Ken’ made me smile. The actual phone takes a little while to get used to having been accustomed to touch screen phones all my life but it is still fun and anybody i show it to is impressed and smiles and is eager to know more about it. I like the old school back camera only feature as it feels cool to take retro pictures and they make great keepsakes. the mirror and torch is my absolute favourite feature and has become my go to wherever I go to touch up my make up or check my hair.

If you are looking to introduce your child to a phone but don't want one that is all bells and whistles and with all the temptation of social media, this is a great starter phone. It doesn't have apps, it barely has games. But it does what a phone needs to do - makes calls and sends messages. The phone itself is super cute and sleek and is a lovely design, perfect for little fashionistas and Barbie lovers. The accessories that come with it are a nice touch and my daughter loved the mirrored screen on the phone. It is easy to use and is a great price.

No, it doesnt allow for the installation of additional apps and is very basic. Think 90s Nokias!
It just has the basic internet. Wouldnt advise this if you want them to be able to watch YouTube on this. Think of an early 00s phone.
