I bought this 2 weeks ago, after having 2 previous Zinder's it washers. I always bought a basic model because there was then less to go wrong! As time has gone on, and this applies to most new things, everything we buy has become more complicated and this is especially a trial for older people to come to terms with. Previously there would be a sealed polythene bag with a proper instruction booklet and a guarantee return card. Now we get an open polythene bag from which anything can disappear and there are a selection of assorted papers of all shapes and sizes, which can easily be lost. Having bought several new items recently, I know this also applies to other items, as everything is centred on the use of a smartphone and robot messages. Surely we can go back to a proper instruction booklet, written in simple English. Instructions are never written simply anymore! The washer appears to be working well, but I am aware that there are so many cycles, tgst it is difficult to choose the right one and then you end up using a minority of cycles that you are easy with. So yo pay for a part of a washing machine that you will rarely use and the price becomes greater. Maybe this is a cry to go back to basics!! So thank you for a good delivery but that did take a week, which could be improved. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, although I notice some water remains in the powder chamber which has a tube with a plastic cap on. Should this remain on or off?

This has two main cycles with a 1400 maximum spin, Cotton and also the 20 degrees cycle. There is also Rinse+spin and Spin+drain that also have this 1400 maximum spin speed too.
