Overall nice unit but terrible build
Overall the unit is sturdy and looks nice. However, the building of it isn’t so good! The instructions are pretty basic and I got the just ofnit and found it a bit easier to do it another way. The worst part is the middle shelves that have to be attached using the little wooden sticks. Ideally these should just go straight through a hope with a bit showing on each side to attach a shelf section to on either end. This would work well of the hole was actually big enough for the wooden sticks to fit through without the need of a hammer to get it through which in turn splits some of the board around the hole. Thankfully once assembled you can’t see this splitting and it didn’t damage the rest of the board. It was a bit of a nightmare getting this done on a few of them and especially if you don’t have a hammer to hand.

Perfect for my sewing room
I bought the 8 cube storage and 8 square boxes. They are just what I needed to store my sewing bits in, like fabric, ribbons and wadding. I feel so well organised now! It was easy to assemble and looks great.

Quite heavy 2person lift im capable of general diy but did need help on times to hold things in place good solid unit check openings as smaller than ikea klax which i already have 85% for quality looks good does the job only thing that lets it down is only 4 backs so i can see the wallpaper behind the ones there is no backing boards to that lets it down

This was so easy to put together and rather sturdy also it was a bit smaller than I thought but with the cube storage boxes holds loads of kids toys etc

Flimsy fragile unit. Better paying more elsewhere.
The unit looks good but is incredibly flimsy. Several dowels broke upon assembly (never seen dowels brake before, especially under little pressure) and the shelves broke too. I had to buy replacement dowels and super glue shelf to hold it all in place. It just about a hold but the frame is still wobbly. Would avoid and pay more for something sturdier from Ikea.

Yes, it can still support weight, but not as effectively as when it's in its original upright position, which is how it was designed to function.
