Good sturdy Unit
Easy to order and easy to put together. Perfect size for our small bedroom where grandchildren sleep and as a storage unit for toys and art supplies. There is no back on the unit but this was not a issue for me.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Argos Home Squares 8 Cube Storage Unit - Oak Effect.
Yes, it can still support weight, but not as effectively as when it's in its original upright position, which is how it was designed to function.
