Can this be linked to a laptop only by wifi, as do not have a mobile? Thanks

The supplier has advised the following for the Swann AllSecure 4K Add-On CCTV Camera:

"The Swann AllSecure 4K Add-On CCTV Camera (407/5426) is designed to work as part of a system, so it isn’t a standalone camera. It requires a compatible recorder hub (SWNVW-650 or SWNVW-800) and a monitor for the initial setup. Once the hub is connected to a router, the cameras can then be accessed from a laptop.

This means the camera cannot link directly to a laptop via Wi-Fi on its own, but once the system is in place, the laptop can be used to view and manage the cameras."
