This Russell Hobbs table top wine and drinks cooler has an impressive 46 litre capacity which fits 12 bottles (75cl) or 38 cans (440ml or 330ml), so despite its compact size it is perfect for storing those extra essentials and freeing up space in your main refrigerator. This wine & drinks cooler has removable chrome shelves and a rack which gives you the option of the whole open space to stand tall objects, or to split the unit into two or 3 levels, with storage available on the base and the shelves.
The table top cooler is rated an impressive G for energy efficiency, being sure to keep energy bills down whilst adding extra cooling space in your home.

Neat, well designed
This wine fridge is neat, well designed, quiet & competitively priced. It does take some wider bottles, which many don’t. My only criticism is that the thermostat control, which is on the rear of the fridge and slightly awkwardly placed towards the bottom, has just 5 temperature settings - it’s a matter of trial and error to adjust to the required temperature. The fridge temperature remains fairly stable. A separate fridge temperature monitor is required to keep check.

I brought a wine cooker to free up space in my main fridge due to the amount of soft drinks I purchased so a wine cooler seemed like a good idea . I found it abit to large to go on a kitchen worktop so I put it on rollers on my floor ..works very well

The product information about the wine cooler is incorrect it has only a stainless steel door. the rest of the cabinet is black. We had to contact Argos customer services to chase Yodel Couriers as we were promised 3 different delivery days .

No, a standard 2-litre bottle will not fit in the Russell Hobbs RHGWC3SS-C 12 Bottle Wine Cooler because it is too long for the shelves, even the one on the bottom.

"I can confirm this is not suitable for milk or dairy. Dairy products should be stored between 0-6 degrees, a cooler will only chill as low as 6 degrees on the maximum setting. So it will keep them cool for a few hours but they will spoil if left long term."

Yes, the appliance will fit champagne bottles laid horizontally, and vertically if the wire shelves are removed.
They add this detail too: “We would not recommend using the appliance in a conservatory - the instruction manual states that it should not be placed in direct sunlight as this may affect the performance. The appliance also needs to be stored within an ambient temperature range of 16 - 32 degrees. A conservatory may not adhere to this. If the customer believes they can maintain these requirements in a conservatory then the appliance should be okay.”
