I bought this as I had just lost my dad on 7th Dec and still had to go through the whole funeral process. This came and it was beautiful. Gave me a purpose,to put a Christmas tree up for my little granddaughter and this bauble was in prime position. Thank you 🙏🏻

I bought this a few weeks before Christmas as we lost mum earlier this year and she loved Christmas. It was easy to make and process the order and a great price. It arrived well packaged and in the agreed timescales. It did bring my daughter to tears although happy ones!

The reason I gave it 4* and not 5* is because the leaves on the bauble look pretty washed out as did my photo. Looking back I should’ve edited my photo to make it more vibrant but not sure if it would be printed like that. Great quality though and looks and feels more expensive than it was.

This bauble is really nice quality. I had trouble down loading the photo and tried several times(i'm not very tech minded), so i gave up. The following day i had a call from customer services offering to help me through the process of down loading and writing my photo and message, she was very helpful and that help was very much appreciated. The bauble was in memory of our much loved dog and was a gift for our grand children to remember him by. I was so impressed with the service i got that i ordered a second bauble too, and got through the process a lot easier thanks to the lovely lady that helped me the first time.
The baubles were beautiful, the picture and message were nice and clear, and i was very happy with the quality. I would definitely recommend this product.
