worst phone ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not know how anyone can claim such high rating for this phone (unless they got the real Snapdragon processor and not the samsung exynos) . It was great for the first few days then it got its first update. The cameras are terrible, dont try zooming in because it just make them a mess, plus beyond 3x zoom the phone cannot even keep up with movements as its trying to do some horrible tracking which lags behind making it unusable. The GPS and compass are horrific, turning 90 degrees has the compass swinging almost 180. Mobile reception barely gets above 2 bar unless you stand next to a phone mast. Now to top things off when plugged in to recharge at around 10% it simply turns off at some point so you have to wait while booting to find you missed calls and messages (and that's using their power charger, so no excuses samsung). Wouldnt surprise me if its the mix of exynos and poor software but they shouldnt be able to market the phone coming with snapdagon, and this certainly will be my last samsung given there total disregard for dealing with issues via phone, email, members etc etc.

Over heats while gaming.
I like the design and disay of this device. It runs smooth however when I game it over heats a lot and the battery does not last a full day. If I had the choice I would've gone for the S24 Ultra.

Decent Product.
My overall experience with the Samsung Galaxy S24+ Plus is most certainly a decent pick. The Design of this product gives a Premium feel, especially with the coordinated haptics which you perhaps wouldn't get as good on other phones. The Performance of this product runs smooth, heavy gaming, browsing, movie watching, multitasking, even turning your phone into a pc with Samsung Dex, everything runs smooth. Same with the Display, fast, responsive, bright, and again smooth. The camera in my opinion is okay, not the best, but it can certainly take pictures alright. Especially in better form than other phones out there. But for other Flagship phones at this price, there are better choice for cameras out there. Sorry Samsung! I didn't get the Ultra. My final downside with this product is unfortunately the battery. My old phone, the Motorola Moto G14, ran for almost two days without needing charge. Depending on what I do on this phone, I have to keep charging it throughout the day. Finally the features, and AI. While it's cool to have this, it doesn't.. entirely work. While the background removal is significantly better than what Apple could do, some images still "blur" the selected area to remove, instead of actually removing it. Also, when generating an image, it gives you a selection of things you either don't want or don't understand, instead of being able to type your request you can only select from presets. I'll stick to ChatGPT for my main AI, thanks. Other than that, my overall experience with Samsung, especially the upgrade from my Motorola, is an absolute 5 star experience.
