Two standard UK single mattresses
Dimensions: 180 cm wide x 190 cm long
Standard UK king-size mattress
Dimensions: 150 cm wide x 200 cm long
Due to this calculation, the two single mattresses will be two wide for the frame.

No, 2 singles mattresses are too large for a King frame.
2 single mattress (width 90cm) equals 180cm
1 King Mattress (width 150cm).
