I bought this to take on holiday. So disappointed to find that I had to return it due to a malfunction. Filled up the tank, plugged it in and got hot fairly quickly, but no steam. Plenty of hot water dribbled out of the front.

I recently bought this item. It steamed my blouse fast and got all the creases out, I am really pleased with it. The steamer left water residue on my blouse, I would recommend this item although it is slightly weighty for arthritic hands.

I can see how good this product is for textiles, however I bought this to steam my hair to help products such as hair masks penetrate. I am delighted with my purchase. Very easy to use, gets to temperature in seconds. Very easy to fill and refill. Folds away nicely.
