From the information in the video it shows that the cups are drilled into the wall/doorframe using one screw and then the gate itself fits into the cups and is tightened but the screw dials.

This safety barrier is for indoor domestic use only.

It's made of metal and plastic parts but, as it's indoor use only, it won't be coated/treated for outdoor use where it's a high moisture/wet environment.

There is one gate in the package and no,this is not designed to be fitted safely without drilling. It is a pressure‑fit gate, but it still requires wall cups to be attached to the wall, and these must be screwed in for safe use.

I can advise the following for the Cuggl Pressure Fit Safety Gate - White:

Manufacturers generally do not recommend pressure‑fit gates at the top of stairs, because there’s always a risk of movement or loosening over time. A screw‑fit (wall‑mounted) gate is considered much safer in that location.
