Takes care to set up. Measure gap carefully first to get correct size gate. Ok for door gaps, less so walls if skirting board at bottom.

Bought to keep my dog out the kitchen, was a bit tricky to put in place, required a bit of strength so had a bit of help! But it does the job perfectly and I would recommend this

Excellent value for the money, easy to fit and open and close, my 5 year old granddaughter doesn't have a problem using it ? It's very stable and the width is perfect ? The only thing that stops it being a 5 star, is that it's not a quick release mechanism for when the grandkids are not around ?

Very satisfied with this gate; of robust and neat construction and when fitted, it stays rigidly in place. The unlock & lift mechanism is a particularly secure means of preventing clever little ones from opening the gate on their own. No hesitation in giving this a 5 star review.

There is one gate in the package and no,this is not designed to be fitted safely without drilling. It is a pressure‑fit gate, but it still requires wall cups to be attached to the wall, and these must be screwed in for safe use.

I can advise the following for the Cuggl Pressure Fit Safety Gate - White:
Manufacturers generally do not recommend pressure‑fit gates at the top of stairs, because there’s always a risk of movement or loosening over time. A screw‑fit (wall‑mounted) gate is considered much safer in that location.
