Could be improved
This is the first time I've owned a Samsung washing machine and I'm not sure I'll be buying another. The control panel is way to sensitive, you only need to brush past it and it turns on, and the child lock feature doesn't lock the whole panel, so children can still turn the machine off halfway through a cycle. The unbalanced load feature is also a pain, it's much to sensitive and stops the machine if it thinks the load is too heavy, I've had a heavy towl in the machine and it took hours to finish because of this. So to sum it up, it cleans well but the controls and features could be much improved.

Cannot rate my new Samsung washing machine as it still, sits in my utility room waiting to be plumbed in- argos delivery guys said they would not be allowed to install it because the roo was a " splash zone " I thought washing machines were designed to get wet The deal I bought was for delivery/ installation/take away old appliance no one mentioned where new washing machine could or couldn't be installed or I wouldn't have bought this deal
