The Samsung Series 5 WW90CGC04DAEEU is a 9kg capacity washing machine designed for washing clothes efficiently with ecobubble technology and smart connectivity. Possibly the loudest washing machine I’ve ever had and the anticipation of waiting for the last few bars of the time to indicate it doesn’t need cleaning is very frustrating. It does seem to wash the clothes but I’m afraid I would buy it again. I also think the wireless technology is a gimmick - I can’t think why I’d want to start the machine whilst I’m out.

Wonderful wash
I have this machine for only a couple of weeks but it is very easy to use and it has a lot of features plus very quiet during the whole wash cycle and spin.

Could be improved
This is the first time I've owned a Samsung washing machine and I'm not sure I'll be buying another. The control panel is way to sensitive, you only need to brush past it and it turns on, and the child lock feature doesn't lock the whole panel, so children can still turn the machine off halfway through a cycle. The unbalanced load feature is also a pain, it's much to sensitive and stops the machine if it thinks the load is too heavy, I've had a heavy towl in the machine and it took hours to finish because of this. So to sum it up, it cleans well but the controls and features could be much improved.

Cannot rate my new Samsung washing machine as it still, sits in my utility room waiting to be plumbed in- argos delivery guys said they would not be allowed to install it because the roo was a " splash zone " I thought washing machines were designed to get wet The deal I bought was for delivery/ installation/take away old appliance no one mentioned where new washing machine could or couldn't be installed or I wouldn't have bought this deal
