I’m very happy with the washing machine itself. It looks modern and premium, and the vibration during high-spin cycles is impressively low — much better than I expected. However, there are two issues worth mentioning: The “What’s Included” section in the manual is inaccurate. The manual states that a spanner is included, but it wasn’t in the box. This made levelling the machine more difficult than it should have been. Samsung should update the documentation to reflect what actually comes in the package. Installation service was disappointing. The installers were not very careful. They turned on the water valve before properly connecting the hose, which caused a large amount of water to spill onto the wooden floor and wall behind the machine. If I hadn’t stopped them in time, they would have simply pushed the machine back in place and left the water trapped behind it. The product deserves better support — Samsung appliances are excellent, but relying on third-party installation teams really affects the overall experience. I genuinely believe that if Samsung had its own dedicated delivery/installation team, the service would be much more professional. Overall, great washing machine, but the documentation and installation service need improvement.

This machine replaced my previous Samsung with which I was very happy. Unfortunately this machine does not have a spin cycle only a rinse and spin. In order to protect the environment I would washing for example 40c wash with different spin speeds at 800 then spin the cottons without having to rinse them again.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Samsung WW90CGC04DAEEU 9KG 1400 Spin Washing Machine - White: ''An eco 40-60 cycle on which the WM is rated would consume an avg of 0.49kwh. This multiplied by the energy cost per kwh would give you the cost of the cycle. This however would vary depending on the amount of and type of clothes into the drum. The same logic would apply for the spin only cycle as it is only the spin part of the cycle it would be less than the above value of the cycle.''
