Misleading advertisement
The ad appears to show 4 toys are the offer but in fact only one appears and this is chosen at random by the seller. Our grandson loves his Ninja but we felt slightly cheated.

Who is the "W" turtle? 🐢
I have been a TMNT fan since they begin. I am now 44 and still collect TMNT items, especially Michaelangelo. In fact it was just my 44th birthday and I received a pair of slides that were Michelangelo, on Michelangelo's shirt and I loved it. I have all 4 of these little plush guys. However, I have a 5th one that is Michaelangelo however, his belt was put on upside down so it is a "W". I am curious if this was common with a certain batch, or am I the first to mention this. Thanks for the fine work, and not so fine. 😀

Great Turtles but?
The actual teddies are great although I had a few issues: 1) each turtle is made in a different country and so the colours are not the same green and don't really match. Donatello is light green and Michaelangelo is dark green. Both made in different countries. 2) I could not buy all four turtles. At first only one was available for collection so I bought it, the next time I bought the other Three. When I collected them they gave me 2 Michaelangelo's a one Donatello but I already had Donatello. I had to go through a process to get a refund for the 2 I didn't want. I noticed there is no way to specify which turtle you want to buy, there is no option to choose and so it's hit and miss when you try to purchase them. In the end I gave up and settled for 2 turtles instead of 4.

One individual turtle
When purchasing you can NOT choose what colour you want, it’s just random when you collect from the store, could be any colour turtle. On the advertising it looks like you get all four. That is not the case it’s only 1 turtle you get get.

I can confirm when collecting from store, you can ask the store to view which they have in stock, you will then be able to choose which item you want. If ordering for home delivery this would be selected at random.
