Great small stesmer
Works much better than other steams I’ve had in the past! Tank is quite small though so can only do 3-4items with one tank, but that is the only slight negative

Early days, but seems promising
I bought this a couple of weeks ago, and have used it most days. It's easy to use if you read the instructions and watch the you tube videos available to master it! Pros- heats up quickly, can be used various ways (like an iron, or steaming on a hanger), looks very stylish. Cons - water tank is small, which is understandable for a handheld, it can blow steam at the start quite vigourously which may be user related!

I was very excited for this product as I absolutely hate ironing! Upon opening I was pleasantly surprised by how well this item is packaged. The product itself has a small water tank to put water in (I’m surprised by how far this goes). Then just plug it in and turn it on and it pretty much heats up straight away and is ready to use. It can be used at a slight distance with clothes hanging up or with a heat proof glove to get creases out of clothes like a more traditional iron. The item is small enough to put in luggage to take away and is pretty lightweight I found this great for using on particular delicate items of clothing.

Lovely and very posh looking handheld steamer
Absolutely love the look and feel of this steamer… I’ve tried other named brands before and honestly this one is better than them!! The look of it is beautiful and stylish .. comes in a beautiful box even if you wanted to gift this item would be very impressive! The matte feel and colour of the steamer is so nice, it’s not heavy at all and has a lovely strap around the plug area so you can always strap away the plug once finished. This comes with a really nice insulated bag for the steamer which is so amazing because it’s specially made for you also to use as a glove whilst steaming items of clothing! It has a small hidden away tank on the long arm of the steamer which you need to pull down as though you do when needing to insert batteries into an item and there it is the little tank for water! You MUST try and use bottled water or cleaned water with this to avoid as much limescale build up as possible but if needed can use tap water but no other products inside the steamer just water! When you plug it in it takes around 25 seconds to warm up and it’s all ready to go..the button on the top will indicate when it’s ready from red to green. Item does not leak .. you can use it by hanging garments up or laying them down.. when steaming items you need to press the button and hold onto it whilst steaming! Only downside is if you need to steam a lot of things you need to keep filling up the water filter but it’s very quick and easy to do so not such a big deal.. also you must not use this item for more than 30mins without any breaks. Very happy with this steamer and would definitely recommend. In love

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Steamery 3243 Cirrus 2 Handheld Garment Steamer.
Anything that does not withstand water is always good to avoid steaming or steam from a distance. We do not recommend steaming leather, suede, PU leather, or any fake leather.
We are not able to quantify in terms of number of items it can steam due to all clothing requiring different lengths of times to steam, but it can run for around 30 mins before needing to be refilled.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Steamery 3233 Cirrus 2 Handheld Garment Steamer: Steaming is the fastest and easiest way to remove wrinkles from your garments and home textiles. The steam lifts the textile fibres including linen and allows them to regain their natural shape, while also killing 99.9% of bacteria so your garments feel refreshed. There’s no need to use an ironing board with a steamer, simply place your garment on a hanger. Gently press your Cirrus 2 Handheld Steamer against the fabric and start steaming.
For a smoother finish and more creased fabrics we would recommend Steamery CIX0101UK Cirrus X Handheld Garment Steamer 336/5869 as this is included a steaming pad which allows for a crisper finish on more rigid fabrics.

The Steamery 3213 Cirrus 2 Handheld Garment Steamer does not have a lock feature for the steam button. You need to hold the button down continuously while using it.
