Packs a Punch!
Was undecided about which printer to buy as I h's been using an HP Envy for many years and was really happy with it. Decided to go for a more budget model, and am really glad I did. As a relatively basic model, it does everything I need, such as lowish volume printing and copying. It was very quick and easy to set up, and the quality is excellent within this price range. I would recommend this product without hesitation.

Great budget printer, let down by dodgy software
Good: Relatively easy to set up. Printing and scanning both work well. Bad: HP smart app is unreliable. Loses connection frequently. Can't comment on ink as not had to change the starter cartridge. Would I buy it again? Yes, despite the annoyance with the app, the actual printer works very well for my basic home needs.

We bought this just after we got a new laptop, to replace a really old HP printer which had served us well for years. The price is very reasonable and it was easy to set up. The functionality is good and it foes everything that we want it to do.
