I bought this hoover a couple months ago and have no negatives as yet. Moved into a new property that we will need to get its carpet cleaned eventually but this hoover stood up to the challenge of removing a shocking amount of dust. Easy to move around tight spaces. Easy to clean filter too.

I've been using hoover for 3 weeks and love it,it's nice and light(compared to Dyson) cleans well the light in front makes it easy to see any bits on carpet.easy to empty,an all round goodie.perhaps a few more tools would be helpful.good value for money (£139)

Excellent Cleaning
We've now used the hoover for a few weeks and are really very pleased with its cleaning performance. Being super critical, it would have been good if the brush had been included and not just the nozzle. The flex is slightly shorter than our previous vacuum cleaner and not as robust (it's thinner). Other than that, it works very well for its principle purpose and hope the plastic bits don't fail.

The Hoover HL4 Anti-Hairwrap Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner, is suitable for any surface. On the handle there is a slide button where you can also adjust the suction to make it easier. I am sorry I am not able to recommend a different hoover.

The Turbo Tool is not a lot of good for wooden stairs. I find it very strange to supply a vacuum cleaner without a set of tools, just one crevice tool doesnt cut it !!
