Wrong phones
They seemed ok. Just didn't do very much. When I checked on the JLAB website I found that the cheaper model had been packaged in the box.

Replaced headphones
Needed to quickly replace some broken headphones so found the ones I needed and was able to get them the next day from Argos. Excellent service and great value and importantly not having to wait for the post man to deliver.

Bought to use at gym. Within about three months the red charging light stopped working . Then after approx six months it wouldn't charge at all. Looking to get refund as appears not fit for purpose.

Garbage, don't buy
2nd pair I've bought that became faulty for no reason. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but now realize that the product is simply trash. Had for a few months, and the right side has lost about 90% of its volume. I made sure to clean them in an attempt to fix the problem and it made zero difference. Tried to find info on troubleshooting, found nothing. Waste of money and time.
