I wasn't sure about buying white goods through Argos but I can't fault it, I was kept informed about the delivery and they were bang on time and very polite and professional. I paid for the fitting and taking the old washer away and I am glad I did, no messing about they fitted and tested it. The washing machine is great it's the first Hotpoint I have had, and I have taken the extra insurance out on it, for peace of mind. All in all a good choice
