I bought this about a month ago but find it heavy compared to my earlier model and I find the carpet brush doesn’t work on hard floors and the hard floor brush doesn’t wiork well on my very flat mats. Overall my older model is better.

Good but not for rugs
Happy with my purchase so far. I love the on off button rather than having to keep hold of a trigger button. Very versatile for home and car. Great suction and battery lasts long enough to hoover the whole house. The only negative is that the brushes on the head stop spinning when you try and hoover tugs or bathroom mats as o I have to use a tool with no brushes. Please fix this Dyson

Its ok, a very expensive meh
Performs ok, but not as well as I’d expect given the price. The plastic feels cheap with a lot of give in the joints between parts. The battery life is also surprisingly short, especially in boost mode. Great marketing though, shame the product falls short of the hype.

Doesn’t knock my socks off for the price
When I ordered this vacuum I thought I ordered the v15? I don’t understand how I made a mistake but this one came and I used it. The positive is I love the light to see the dust you don’t otherwise see, scary…lol It’s pretty light, no button to hold while I vacuum everywhere. And as I have arthritis essential for me. Looks nice not that that’s a selling point to me, but it never hurts, it leaves my carpets with ice lines lol Negative… expensive, you have to change heads from hard floor to carpets, and that is hard as my fingers are twisting and it’s not easy for me. It doesn’t sterilise like the V15 which was what I wanted… Overall if I was going to buy again, I wouldn’t go with this model. That’s me personally..

Very disappointed that you cannot use the small integrated nozzle on the extension tube, also the motor head stops in deep pile carpet, whereas my old one never 😢

This is the most powerful Dyson vacuum cleaner I ever had. It has long battery time which is super helpful! I love it and use it almost everyday now.

Great suction performance
Very happy with the vacuums' performance. You can actually see the difference between the cleanliness of the carpet using this Dyson compared with our old machine. Only niggle is not being able to attach the crevice tool to the wand, but, at least, combination tool does, enabling you to reach higher places. You can really see the amount of dirt picked up and it's a doddle to empty.
