what can I say
i would like very much like to say yes i am enjoying using my v10 purchased on the 4th jan used for first on 6th jan came to empty the lever on the side will not push down complained to dyson they sent DPD t o pick it up on the 14th jan and here we are on the26th jan they say it as been lost in transit .I have phoned up at least 5 times still not sorted case REF NU51827484 not good enough if i dont hear from you soon to say what you are going to do i am going to phone comsumer protection will my gaurantee start from when i get it back very unhappy

Great vacuum cleaner
Bought about a month ago. I really like the fact that I can whizz from room to room without having to plug and unplug a vacuum cleaner. It picks up dust etc very well and the range of tools is excellent. My only problem so far is separating the dust collection compartment from the stick. I struggle a bit but once separated it’s very easy to empty and reattach. Maybe there’s a knack to it?

Poor tool fitment
Attachments don’t “click “ into position the way the old units do and are therefore not a proper fit. The main lance does click but not the smaller tools. I think we may have been supplied the wrong tools or this is a design fault.

The Dyson Cyclone V10 Total Clean Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner has a runtime of up to 60 minutes on a full charge when using non-motorized attachments in the lowest power mode. However, in the highest power mode with motorized attachments, the runtime can be as short as 6 minutes.

Having checked I can see the Dyson V11 Advanced Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 265/5790 is larger and heavier than the V10. The V10 also comes with an extra adjustable floorhead to switch between carpet and hard floor at the touch of a button.
