Folding bike
Bought this to strengthen knees before surgery. Mainly easy to set up and use, but changing to different positions a bit tricky for me. I am 5ft 1 and size is fine for me.

Doing an hour a day!!
Bought due to Davinas name! Comes in a big box of around 8 pieces but easy to put together. All fittings come laid out on cardboard with easy to follow instructions and labeled pieces. Took within half hour to assemble. I'm doing 2x half hour slots a day to keep a bit fit! Seems good so far. Display panel shows time spent, distance travelled, calories burnt etc.bike is small & compact not taking up too much room. Have got this in kitchen so i can cycle while keeping an eye on the cooking tea!! Bonus is the elasticated pully hand grips for arm work outs!

Great bike, perfect size for my living room.
I bought this after having spinal surgery to get the power back in my lower body. Use it every second day and I see such a change in my muscle tone after a month. Doesn’t take up much room in my living area. So good I bought one for my sister in law for all her help when I was in hospital for long time.
