Nice hand set, very poor sound
The hand set it fine. But the volume in very poor. There is only one ringtone. On full volume you can hardly hear it, even if it is right next to you.

Phone is easy to use for the less tech savy. Perfect for someone who just wants a phone for calls and texts. Basic camera and torch are a nice bonus.

No proper instructions as to how to set up phone. Had to go online to find the manual and on YouTube to see how to set up. To add insult to injury the battery worked for 5 mins and now the phone doesn't work at all because the battery is seemingly dead despite being recharged. Would have given this nil stars if possible. Being returned for refund.

This would be dependent on your network provider rather than the phone itself.
You can keep your number so long as you are either using the same SIM card or port your number to a new network - the latter would require contacting your provider.
