Had to pay extra
Asked for more money to connect to Dolby Atmos when used with my computer. Without DA the sound on a computer is horrid. With it it is good. Yes i paid the extra it was that or send it back. Not sure if i ever had the DA working with the TV i brought with it in a bundle. And first set it up with. Gave up trying to work it out and use it for computer only now. NOT HAPPY having to pay extra!

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Samsung HW-Q600C 3.1.2Ch Bluetooth Sound Bar With Sub: The performance would be the same if wired or wireless use of the product The maximum transmission distance of the main unit’s wireless signal is about 32.8 ft (10 m), but may vary depending on your operating environment. If a steel-concrete or metallic wall is between the main unit and the wireless subwoofer, the system may not operate at all because the wireless signal cannot penetrate metal.
