Great value pretty lights
I bought these recently to put in the front garden. I already have another set in the rear garden. They brighten up the patio area and look cheerful. Reasonable price too.

Solar string lights
I paid for these online, but when I went to collect them they had been given to someone else. They had another set in Aberdare Branch and told me I would have to go to Aberdare to collect them. They weren’t very helpful in Merthyr Argos. I was told the manager would telephone me to see if she could help, but she didn’t phone me.

Will look good in the garden
Bought two sets in the sale to use next year. Always good quality from Sainsburys and Argos.

Solar Tent night lights
I purchased these tent night lights because they use solar energy. They were very affordable to purchase, but surprisingly well made and truly beautiful when lit up during the night. They offer a comforting warm glow in pastel shades, rather than a stark bright flashing light using white or bold colours. Excellent to use to navigate yourself back to the tent during the evening. They're so good, I purchased 2 sets.

Pretty lights
I bought these for our campervan. They are really pretty, but not as bright as I expected, they are quite a pale light. I will give them another full charge to see if that improves the brightness though. I would still recommend them as they are pretty

Beautiful lights
I’m glad I brought these as they light up beautiful at night. Well made & not cheap looking. I even brought some for my mum’s garden & she loves them too

Berry solar string lights
As with other reviews, light is minimal but looks good under guttering, above bifolds.

Hello Rob,
Our supplier has confirmed that the Garden by Sainsbury's 50 Berry Solar String Lights panel cannot be charged using a normal battery charger.
Thank you for using Q&A
Hi Emma,
Thanks for your query about the Garden by Sainsbury's 50 Berry Solar String Lights.
These have an IP44 rating and are solar powered rather than mains. Yes they can be left outside as they are resistant to rain, however, they'd not be resistant to pressurised water, e.g. like from a jet wash. If the weather is exceptionally windy and could drive rain in at a fairly high pressure, you may wish to take them down but you'd very likely do so anyway to prevent damage in high winds.
Covering them is not necessary but, if you did so, it'd probably help to extend their lifespan overall and it may be good to do so in extreme conditions.
Thanks for using Q&A.

I hope this helps.
