The Sony WH-CH720N headphones combine active noise cancellation and immersive audio for daily listening, whether commuting, working from home, or relaxing with your favourite tracks. With 360 Reality Audio and 30mm drivers, they deliver natural vocals and balanced sound true to the original recording. Dual Noise Sensor technology adapts to your environment, and you can fine-tune ambient sound across 20 levels using the Sony Headphones Connect app. Connect to two devices with multipoint pairing, and calls come through clearly thanks to Precise Voice Pickup and wind noise reduction.
At 192g, these wireless headphones are lightweight and comfortable for long sessions, with an ergonomic design maximising the 35-hour battery life. Fast charging gives a quick boost, and full charging takes about 210 minutes via USB. Great noise cancelling
Love these headphones the noise cancelling is so effective that it makes walking around a city centre or in busy places much calmer and more relaxing. Nice to have them in a cute shade of pink now as I've had them in different colours

Disappointing
I bought the WH-CH720N headphones a couple of weeks ago and was very disappointed I owned the previous model for 3 years but the foam had started to come away and the Bluetooth kept dropping out. Anyway the new model was crackling and popping from the get go I looked online did the updates and the resets the adaptive sound everything as suggested but still irritating popping and crackling. I was going to send them back but they only wanted to repair and it’s such a lengthy process and time consuming. This looks like poor quality control as it’s happening with other models or a software glitch. The only reason I gave it a 2 was because they are comfortable and the noise cancelling is really good. Please fix Sony.

Great Sound Quality/Bad Noise Cancelling
Really good sound quality BUT not the best noise cancelling. I was impressed at first that such low budget headphones had such an amazing sound but then I took the train and the underground (the noisy Northern Line, mind you) and I couldn't hear my music any more and instead I was hearing all the noise of the train on the tracks, people's conversations and even the announcements. And no, I didn't neglect adjusting the NC function. Disappointing, quite frankly.

I was given these head phones for my birthday. I have used them with my phone. The clarity and the quality are fantastic. The battery life is so good. The charge has lasted over 2 days with some consistent use and there is still charge in them. The full ear cover is really comfortable. The blue tooth connectivity was easy to set up and I have had no issues with it. I can listen to my music while my family is in the same room without having to move into another room and have to play it on low volume. No more Isolation.

Very happy with this product. Good sound quality and clarity, very comfortable to wear, easy to use, and exellent battery life.. I bought these mainly for listening to music, and also for the noise cancelling element when taking calls through my laptop at work. I must admit that this took a while to sort out as I had problems with the sound being too quiet , but I managed to sort this through changing the hands free settings on my laptop and now it works fine. The noise cancelling function works really well, though doesnt completley block out background noise. Also I thought it might have come with some sort of case for storage and protection. Overall a very good purchase and money well spent. I would highly recommend.
