Does the job
Purchased this to power a VR headset while in use and it's done the job! Very clean and compact. Having the power cord to be able to place this away from the socket is very useful compared to other products. Absolutely silent operation with no coil whine that I was worried about with such a high power charger.

Good
Helpfully long cable. Small enough to be portable. Gets warm but not hot. Charges everything we've tried on it, including a quirky Lenovo laptop and a Microsoft surface. The Surface, weirdly, only charges itself to 50% if it's in hibernate mode, and needs to be awake to charge to full, but I doubt that's a problem with the charger.

I cannot really comment on the power output or other technicals, but it charges my Phone and Tablets quickly, and with the four ports, 2 Type C and 2 USB, it's very useful and doesent take up much room being only 10 x 8 x3 Cms.

Useful high power USB-C + USB charger
My macbook charger failed - this is a better replacement. It provides 2 USB-C outputs and 2 USB-3.

The Epson V39 scanner only requires 2.5W of power, so this and most USB charges should be suitable for the V39 power requirements, as long as it is USB 2.0 or above.
However, I do believe the scanner will require being connect to your laptop or PC to function properly. As there is no wireless connectivity.
Hello! It's not tested with a scanner. The Belkin WCH010 supports most USB-C smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
