Connectivity with Sony Bravia TV is very poor
The Soundbar 600 + wireless sub-woofer gives an awesome sound - when it works. I have sent the soundbar back for service/repair (at my cost) and still the connection with the TV regularly fails - I've multiple quality HDMI ARC connections

Loses audio connection to TV constantly. Intetnet connection also drops - so much more unreliable than my other Bose speakers

Constant connection issues
Had the Smart soindbar 600 for approx 7 months now and have had nothing but problems with it constantly losing connection on a daily basis. Not what you would expect from a premium brand soundbar. Tried all the technical hints and tips to resolve the issue to no avail. Would not recommend.

Not good
I have had this soundbar for almost a year now, and wish I’d never bothered! It keeps losing sound and I have to reset it at least once every few days. I have had several pieces of Bose equipment over the years, SoundTouch radio, headphones, ear pods etc and have always been impressed, but this soundbar is at the opposite end of the scale. When it works the sound is great (I have the Bose 500 sub connected to it) but this issue with the soundbar losing sound is truly frustrating.

As per the instruction manual, to change the battery in the remote, use a coin and turn the battery compartment cover left, which is counter-clockwise, and remove the cover.

The supplier has advised the following for the Bose 600 5Ch All-In-One Smart Soundbar:
"Yes, it can be compatible on any TV as long as it will be connected via HDMI ARC/eARC or using the Optical cable that is included in the package." The TV does not need to have Dolby Atmos to be able work with it.

There’s no support for DTS, the Soundbar 600 currently only supports Dolby audio formats such as Dolby Atmos.

The sound bar has upward firing speakers designed to give height to the sound you hear. The effect would be severely reduced if it is placed on a shelf under the tv with another shelf above it like in a TV unit.
