It can be easily docked to the 360 degree-charging base and detached from any direction, giving you the complete convenience of cordless ironing at your fingertips. A tapered precision tip makes it easier to iron around awkward buttons, fastening and hard-to-reach edges.

Good steam but leaks water at the same time
Good steam but leaks water at the same time, handle is not high enough so when you press the steam button underneath your fingers bump into the heating dial and it keeps moving up and down due to being very loose. I have also very small hands for a man too so the bigger your hands the more a problem it will be. This issue should have been ironed out in R&D before release.

Very good, but will not change your life!
This is my first cordless steam iron. It is very good, but not really transformational. I find it gives about 30 seconds ironing time between reheats, using the hottest setting. Then by the time you have readjusted the clothes on the ironing board, it is hot enough to go again.

I bought this iron when my old trusty Bosch iron was broken after many years. I took a chance on this one and was delighted to find it had all the good features of my old one plus it can be used cordlessly, handy when grandchildren are in the house, It also does looks so stylish my daughter , being very impressed, is also going to purchase one now. We have had this iron when they first came out and it's brilliant very pleased with glides over the clothes light weight and easy to use would recommend this to anyone who wants a brilliant iron .

It’s a good iron the only thing I would say is that when you take the iron off the base it’s great and light. But when you have to make sure you keep returning the iron to the base otherwise it does not hold charge.

To be honest with you, I actually really liked this iron because it was able to be both corded and cordless. However I had no issues with it for the first couple of weeks it was brilliant and then the steam button broke....... Exchanged it for another one and the same thing happened again 🤦🏼♀️ so I gave up and went for a different brand altogether.

Having checked the instructions for the Tower T22022GLD CeraGlide Cord Cordless Steam Iron, it states:
Fill the iron with normal tap water when using it for the first time.
For refilling, you can also use tap water. However, if the water is very hard, it is advisable to use
distilled water.
