These compact earbuds deliver 8 hours of playtime per charge, with 24 more in the charging case for 32 hours total. Ergonomic earhooks lock in place for a secure, comfortable fit, and IP55 sweat and water resistance means they handle whatever you throw at them. 6mm drivers deliver punchy sound, and you can switch between 3 EQ settings including JLab Signature, Balanced and Bass Boost to match your mood or motivation.
Touch sensor controls sit on each earbud, so you can manage tracks, handle calls, and activate your voice assistant without breaking stride. The gel ear tips come in 3 sizes to help you find the perfect seal. Auto-connect gets you paired to your device instantly, and Bluetooth gives you a 10m wireless range. The charging case features an integrated USB cable for easy top-ups wherever you are, and a full charge takes around 2 hours. Fine, for a cheap fix.
Battery lasted the suggested time. Battery charging case was not great as the lead requires a USB-C input i.e. plugged into a laptop or the car which is impractical. The sound wasn't great; it is tinny and sounds quiet on busy roads. The rigid build of the earpiece makes it a secure fit, but only for one particular type of ear. I found them quite uncomfortable so have given them to my wife. The connectivity also dropped out at times unexpectedly.

You generally do not need your phone for a run if your watch supports music storage and Bluetooth audio. You can pair the JLab Go Air Sport earbuds directly to your watch and leave your phone at home, allowing you to stream music or podcasts from the watch to the earbuds.
