Poor sound because of poor fit
Poor fit, no good means of adjustment and therefore sound quality is poor.

Need of improvement
Hi. This item irritates your ears, but all the inner ear buds do. It's just a general criticism. Sound quality is average and they don't fall out with the help of the attached grommet. Battery life is good too.

Great Value for Money
I bought mine two weeks ago. They are fabulous. I wear them when I am running. They are comfortable and you don’t feel them. They connect perfectly with my phone. Sound is great.

Well-fitting
Fit my wee head securely.

Great for running, top sound quality.
After going through several different pairs of headphones purchased from Amazon I tried these and they’re great. I use them for running mostly and they seem sweat proof. They fit comfortably and snug in the ear so I don’t need to adjust them at any point during my run. The sound is good, and you can adjust the sound to your own preference with the app which is a great feature. The battery lift is great and I haven’t actually had to charge the box yet. So happy I purchase, wish I had months ago.
