IP55 sweat and water resistance means they can handle whatever the gym or trails throw at them.
The 6mm drivers deliver clear sound, and you can switch between 3 built-in EQ settings to find your perfect mix. JLab Signature, Balanced or Bass Boost mode. Touch controls let you manage playback, take calls, and activate your voice assistant without reaching for your mobile. Gel ear tips come in 3 sizes for a comfortable, secure fit. The charging case includes an integrated USB cable, so there's one less thing to carry. Bluetooth keeps you connected up to 10m, and the earbuds pair automatically when you take them out of the case. Charging takes around 2 hours.

Love them
Love these earbuds. They charge quickly. The battery lasts well. I still get a bit confused with the controls, but that will come in time. With the three different sized ear inserts they fit well, they are secure, and sound pretty good. Certainly good enough to use when running.

Generally very happy with this purchase. I find the earbuds pretty comfortable and they stay in place well (I mostly use them when running on a treadmill). I guess the sound is a little thin/lacking in bass but I listen to podcasts so that doesn't bother me. The other drawback is that the inbuilt controls in the earbuds are both easy to trigger accidentally and difficult to use effectively or deliberately, so I just avoid them and adjust settings on my phone.

Small ear holes
I bought these for my weekend walks and runs. They have great battery. And controls to skip tracks and take calls. The fit of the hook takes a bit of getting used to. For me the ear bud is too big or the wrong angle, I must have small ear holes, after half an hour they become uncomfortable. If not for this they'd be 5 ⭐

You generally do not need your phone for a run if your watch supports music storage and Bluetooth audio. You can pair the JLab Go Air Sport earbuds directly to your watch and leave your phone at home, allowing you to stream music or podcasts from the watch to the earbuds.
