I would query this particular item with regards the dimensions - L46cm W 69cm - is this the wrong way round? Ive noticed with almost all of the other Silentnight pillows the L figure is higher than the W figure. I own a pair and I have them as 46cm tall and 69cm long. Thnaks.

Thank you for your question. The pillows are rolled together and once the packaging in opened the pillows will un-roll. Once opened please give the pillows a thorough shake and plump, this will give the loft to the pillow and give them back their intended shape.
