This Hotpoint NDB 9635 GK UK washer dryer with Anti-Stain technology removes stains without the need for any pre-treatment and achieves uniform drying, even on large items. The three Wash & Dry cycles are designed to suit your daily laundry needs: just load your washer dryer, turn the dial and let it do the work, without any interruptions. Thanks to its 9+6KG capacity large loads can be completed with ease.
Anti-stain technology easily eliminates common stains without the need for any pre-treatment and achieves uniform drying, even on large items. The machine innovatively controls the correct amount of water, temperature level, detergent and drum movements, so you can say goodbye to stains.
The three Continuous Wash & Dry cycles are designed to suit your daily laundry needs: just load your washer dryer, turn the dial and let it do the work, without any interruptions. Choose from XS Rapid, for a 1kg load, XL Bed & Bath to take care of bedding and towels, and Wash & Dry Mixed for a daily mixed load.
Steam Refresh is a dedicated cycle to freshen clothes that aren't yet ready for a full wash. The cycle takes just 20 minutes, using less than two glasses of water, with steam penetrating deep into fabrics, making them slightly damp, reducing creases for easier ironing.

Does what you expect from a washing machine.
I am happy with my purchase but the instructions are vague.

Washer drier quality and operation seem fine.
Washer drier quality and operation seems fine, perhaps spoilt by climate eco features resulting in long wash cycles to achieve a reduction in water and electric consumption. Other new washer driers also appear to have these eco features. Found it more complicated to use than our old Hotpoint.

Decent, clothes come out creased on rapid wash have to spend longer to iron. Good drying functions

Wont fully dry the load if there are towels inside
I think this is common with most washer/driers but if there are large towels included in a load then I find it wont dry the items in that load and I have to hanbg them out for a while. Also, some of the cycle times are insane! One of them is 9hrs!! I could take the stuff down the stream, hand wash them and hang them out to dry in that time! But overall, its fine

The supplier has advised the following for the Hotpoint NDB9635UK 9/6KG 1400 Spin Washer Dryer - Graphite:
“Please ensure there is no load in the washer, then press the dry only button for 5 seconds. Auto Clean will then display across the display and the cycle will start and last for around 70 minuets. This can be stopped by pressing the play/pause button. ”
