This connects to the computer via USB-A, but it does have a 3.5mm jack connection on the mic to allow you to connect headphone direct to it.

As they're different brands they haven't been directly tested with one another to guarantee compatibility. but the RockJam Scissor Arm description says it's for microphones, so it's likely compatible.
