It advises that there is, 24/7 free access to stream 1000's of HD quality karaoke songs. New songs are added weekly.

I can confirm that you would be able to use Youtube on a Smart TV for karaoke songs with words. The images show an iPad using the EK Karaoke App which can also be used.
