The JLab GO Air Sport true wireless earbuds are made for workouts without daily charging. Each earbud offers 8 hours of playtime, plus 24 extra from the charging case, totalling over 32 hours. The ergonomic earhook design fits securely and comfortably during intense HIIT or long runs, staying in place no matter how hard you push. IP55 sweat and water resistance handles gym or trail conditions, while 6mm drivers deliver clear sound across three EQ settings - JLab Signature, Balanced and Bass Boost.
Touch controls let you manage tracks, handle calls, and activate your voice assistant without reaching for your mobile. Auto-connect pairs the earbuds to your device as soon as you take them out, so you're ready to GO immediately. Three sets of gel tips help you find the perfect fit, and the charging case includes an integrated USB cable for hassle-free charging. Bluetooth connectivity offers a 10m range, and the earbuds work with smartphones. Full charging takes 2 hours, and the lightweight plastic and silicone design keeps you comfortable for hours.

Good value for money compared to alternatives. I use these headphones for running. They sit comfortably, have a really good battery life and volume. Connectivity between earbuds and my phone can be temperamental. The sound quality isn't 10/10 but for the price I would say they're worth it.

Great for the price.
Works very well, great for running, very comfortable even when sweating, controls a little fiddly but easy to get used to, decent battery life in and connected easily to my sports watch and phone. All in all, does the job very well at a very reasonable price point. Only downside is the quality of the sound isn't top notch, but worth it for the price.

Great pair of buds
Quick connectivity and no problem. Really comfy and secure in ear. Not quite noise cancelling but pretty darn close. Only down side is the charging cable in integrated and if that goes wrong you can't charge the device.

I expected nothing, yet I'm still disappointed.
You pay twenty quid for a pair of earphones, you don't expect them to be Sennheisers. But there is literally zero bass response, the fit is terrible and they feel cheap in pretty much every measurable way. Only saving grace, is that the bluetooth connection speed was immediate, which is actually an improvement on my v expensive Bose pair (I bought these as a backup). But although it might connect you to your music quickly, it'll ruin it, so what's the point.

The main problem with these things is that they are easy to loose. Mainly I listen to audio books, and these are fine for that. For music they are a bit tinny. Good price.

Yes, the volume on the JLab GO Air Sport Earbuds can be increased, but because your phone and the earbuds handle volume independently, standard phone volume controls often get stuck at an inadequate maximum limit.

They have a IP55 rating. While they are water resistant it isn't advised to wear them in a pool.

You generally do not need your phone for a run if your watch supports music storage and Bluetooth audio. You can pair the JLab Go Air Sport earbuds directly to your watch and leave your phone at home, allowing you to stream music or podcasts from the watch to the earbuds.
