Disappointing experience after only 3 days of use
After just three days of use, the headphones started to malfunction. They would randomly switch between noise-cancellation modes without any input, and whenever I tried to listen to audio, music or video, playback would cut off almost instantly, followed by strange noises before the headphones stopped working altogether. I attempted a factory reset to resolve the issue, but the fault persisted. I eventually had to return the product and am now waiting for a refund. This has been a real disappointment, and I am left uncertain whether I can trust JBL again — whether to risk trying another model or instead turn to a more reliable brand available on the market.

The sound quality isn’t the best. I’ve had cheaper earbuds in the past and way better this product. JBL’s top notch but not this one in my opinion.

Niiice earbuds!
Good balanced sound. App is clever too with custom equipment settings. Could the noise cancelling be a bit better...yeah but that is being picky as does work well. I have not yet tried the bigger ear inserts either
