Disappointing
Not an accomplished audiophile, just a return customer from a prior purchase of the 660NC live model that couldn’t justify the price point of those again. Repeated email contact about reviews has led to this. If a large component of the marketing (and features on the site) are ambient aware and talk-thru, which are impossible to access. A single button on the headset toggles noise cancelling (which is fine but not impressive). They are mildly uncomfortable as on-ear headphones but this was expected. Have had several bursts of incredibly loud static seemingly at random, not great when trying to listen to music in peace. My main concern is the lack of app support for this product, despite receiving multiple correspondences detailing how the app (which I have used before) is useful despite it being entirely useless for this model. Overall, rather dissatisfied with this purchase and will look elsewhere when these inevitably crackle and break despite my prior good experiences with the brand.

Bit disappointing
Rebought these as I lost my last pair and love them. Glitchy though. Sound drops out of the right side, low white noise, clicking loads. Bit disappointed. Only just bought.

Great colours, great features
I bought this 2 years ago, the best headphones i’ve ever used. The most comfortable, durable and reliable headphones i’ve used and I have used many during my time. I cannot recommend this product enough and ensure that you will not regret your decision choosing JBL. I wear these headphones everywhere from in the office to going to the gym and have no complaints. However, the only problem is they do tend to make my ears go red.

Works amazing the controls and noise cancelling works perfectly. For some reason even when fully charged they turn themselves off even if they are still playing sound/connected to my phone

Good headphones
I bought this few weeks ago and I'm happy. Good sound (as you expect from JBL) for very good price. Noise cancelling works well. Maybe this is not top model but doing the job.

not noise cancelling at all
i bought this a while ago. used for a bit and played round with the “noise cancelling” but they’re is no noise blockage i can still hear everything. unless i have my music on which defeats the purpose. dont waste your money.although the music nose quality is great and theyre comfortable.
