2. The promotion opens on 7 July 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 18 July  2025  for receipt of all entries. All online orders if applicable must be delivered by 23:59 on 18 July  2025 to qualify.

5. Where it is a skills based competition at least one judge shall be independent. The judges’ decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. If the prize is not judged then the winners will be drawn at random during week commencing two weeks following the promotion end date under independent supervision. Where the prize is Nectar points the points will be automatically allocated to the winner within 28 days of the close of the promotion. 6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok then the promotion is no way affiliated with such social media platforms.
7. Winners will be notified by either telephone or email or social media direct message so therefore entrants will have needed to have supplied valid contact details. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, the prize will be forfeited and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by telephone. The prize will be delivered to the winner or arranged within 28 days of prize acceptance. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose.
