Grow the new Flower Sprout F1 hybrid from Marshalls Garden, a unique cross of curly kale and Brussels sprout bred over 10 years. Tall stems carry purple and green rosettes whose color and flavor deepen in cold weather. Extremely winter-hardy (H5), it has a similar cropping time to traditional sprouts but a spring-greens taste. Loose buttons are easy to pick and work well steamed, stir-fried or in bubble and squeak. Stake extra-tall stems for support.
