Ensure the parasol base is correctly assembled and securely positioned on a flat, stable surface before use. All four base sections must be fully filled with water or sand as recommended by the manufacturer to provide adequate stability. Ensure all filling caps are securely fastened to prevent leaks. This product is designed for use with compatible Neo 3M overhanging parasols only. Do not use the parasol in strong winds, storms or extreme weather conditions, as this may cause tipping or injury. Always close and secure the parasol when not in use or during windy conditions. Keep children and pets away during assembly and installation. Do not allow children to climb, stand or play on the base. Take care when lifting or moving filled sections to avoid injury. Regularly inspect the base for cracks, leaks or damage and discontinue use if any defects are found. Always follow the manufacturer's assembly and safety instructions.
