The lightweight, fluid texture glides over the complexion, delivering an instant boost of moisture while helping the skin feel supple and comfortably conditioned. How to Use: After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner. Sweep gently over the face and neck, then pat the skin lightly with your hands to encourage absorption. If desired, apply additional layers by pressing a small amount into areas that feel particularly dry. Frequency: Use morning and evening, or as needed according to the product instructions. Application Technique: Apply to clean, dry skin before serums and moisturiser. Use gentle, upward strokes with the cotton pad, avoiding pulling or tugging at the skin. Pat the remaining toner in with fingertips until fully absorbed.
