About this product
Estimated delivery of this product is late October. Start generating your own renewable energy at home with the UKSOL Plug-In Solar Pro Max 1260W Hybrid Mount Kit. This complete plug-in solar solution combines two high-efficiency 630W TOPCon N-Type bifacial solar panels with an 800W smart microinverter, adjustable mounting frames and the connections you need to get started. Simply position the panels in a sunny outdoor location, connect the system and plug into a suitable outdoor socket. The solar electricity generated can then be used within your home, helping reduce the amount of energy drawn from the grid. With 1260W total panel capacity and up to 23.3% module efficiency, the oversized panel capacity helps maximise solar generation, including in poorer weather conditions. The IP67-rated microinverter features Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for smartphone app monitoring. Backed by a 10-year British warranty. For best performance, position south-facing at approximately 35 and avoid shading. Full installation guidelines refer to instruction manual below.

Grid limit Under UK regulations such as G98 updates, plug-in micro-solarbalcony systems are legally capped at a maximum continuous AC output of 800VA 800W fed into your home wiring.
That 1260w panel rating is peak power which you will rarely achieve.
By having an overcapacity in the panels generation you are far more likely to average generation to the 800w output of the inverter even in less than ideal conditions.
Having a 1260w inverter on a 1260w system would be wasteful because your panels wouldnt generate 1260w frequent enough to justify it.
Hello there,
UKSOL 1260w Pro Max Plug In Solar Panel With Ground Mount Bundle.
No. It must not be connected directly to a Bluetti, portable power station, battery or power bank. Use it only as supplied, plugged into a suitable outdoor household socket.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello there,
The supplier has advised for the UKSOL 1260w Pro Max Plug In Solar Panel With Ground Mount Bundle: The electricity generated by the UKSOL Plug-In Solar Pro powers appliances in your home at the time it is produced. If the system generates more electricity than your home is using, the surplus is automatically exported to the grid.
The kit does not store electricity, and you should not expect to receive payment for any surplus exported. You’ll get the most benefit by using electricity at home during daylight hours, when the panels are generating.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Shandy,
The supplier has advised for the UKSOL 1260w Pro Max Plug In Solar Panel With Ground Mount Bundle:

Hello there,
The supplier has advised for the UKSOL 1260w Pro Max Plug In Solar Panel With Ground Mount Bundle: No. The UKSOL Plug-In Solar Pro is supplied as a complete IPS-compliant system as listed on the ENA Type Test Register. It must only be connected to a suitable household socket using the factory-fitted moulded BS 1363 plug and cable.
The plug, cable and connection arrangement must not be removed, modified or adapted. Any modification is strictly prohibited, potentially dangerous and would mean the product no longer conforms to its IPS/ENA-compliant configuration. It would also invalidate the warranty.
The product must only be used exactly as supplied and in accordance with the official UKSOL instructions. It must not be modified or connected directly to a power bank, portable power station, battery or individual appliance.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello there,
The supplier has advised for the UKSOL 1260w Pro Max Plug In Solar Panel With Ground Mount Bundle: The panels in the Plug In Solar Pro Kits must be installed in the orientation shown in the UKSOL installation instructions and must not be changed from landscape to portrait, as the supplied mounting system has been designed and tested for the approved configuration.
A separate mounting frame is supplied for each panel, so you may position the panels independently for example, to achieve the best available sunlight provided each panel but they need to be installed according to the instructions and all required spacing, stability and mounting requirements are followed.
Thank you for using Q&A.
