As you may know, these batteries can be deadly when swallowed! Not only is the packaging incredibly hard to get into, it includes a sticker on the battery that tastes vile, so excellent if you have children. They are also far more powerful than the nearest competitor, so good value for money!

I bought this battery for an infrared remote to power a LEGO light kit and they do the job as expected. A cheaper Kodak coin battery couldn't power the kit properly and I had issues, but this works perfectly even at a distance 👍

The CR2025 battery is not directly comparable to the CR1620 battery. While both provide a 3V output, they differ in size and capacity. They are not interchangeable and should not be used in place of each other.

CR2032 and CR2025 batteries are not always interchangeable, as the CR2032 is 0.7mm thicker than the CR2025 and a device's compartment may not accommodate the extra height.
However, they can be used interchangeably if the CR2025 fits properly into the CR2032's slot, and vice versa if the 0.7mm gap can be bridged.
The CR2032 has a higher capacity and will last longer than a CR2025 in devices designed for the CR2032.

The Duracell 2025 Lithium Coin Battery (CR2025) are suitable for use in keyfobs, small remotes, scales, wearables, sensors, medical devices (glucometers, digital thermometers), sports devices (heart rate monitor, bike accessories).
However you would need to check your particular Omoron pedometer for battery requirements.

If it’s the correct size
Ive just bought a pack of 2 for my Seat Leon. The Argos site shows CR2025 but the package says DL 2025 -CR 2025. The batteries have DL2025 stamped on them . The voltage is correct but they do not work in my key fob. Batteries with CR2025 stamped on them do work.

If your Volkswagen polo ignition key takes 2025 Lithium Coin batteries then they should be OK however they may need to be fitted by a specialist. I would suggest checking with Volkswagen first.
